VULQ1-S FLASH series deliver markings in a single laser pulse,
millions of times faster than other marking solutions.

VULQ1-S FLASH is a stand-alone multibeam laser marking system, ready for integration into the production environment, production line or stand-alone machine.

VULQ1-S FLASH is composed of three components:

A multibeam laser marking head: includes a laser source, a multibeam module, a galvanometric scanner
A controller bay: includes laser head controller, multibeam module controller, safety circuits, cooling system if required
BEAMFORGE software: stand-alone or API embeddable version

VULQ1-S FLASH series serialize products permanently in less than 10ns, up to 20Hz rate.

VULQ1-S FLASH series support code size down to 500µm and offer grade A marking quality.

VULQ1-S FLASH series are easy to integrate on existing line thanks to their unique marking speed, reduced footprint and multiple integration configurations allowed.

VULQ1-S FLASH series are available in 1064nm and 532nm single wavelength, up to 64W power and 40mJ energy.
